Consultation Services

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable
  • We understand that emergencies occur and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis

Service Satisfaction

We are committed to providing valuable consultation services. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

  • Additional consultation time at no charge
  • Revised recommendations based on your feedback
  • Partial refund in cases where we failed to meet agreed-upon service standards

Material Samples

During our consultation process, we may provide textile samples, lighting specifications, and accessory examples for your review.

Sample Returns

  • Samples provided during consultations are on loan and must be returned within 14 days
  • Samples should be returned in the same condition as provided
  • Damaged or unreturned samples may incur replacement fees
  • We provide return instructions and packaging for sample returns

Sample Purchases

If you wish to keep samples for your records, purchase arrangements can be made. Purchased samples are non-refundable unless defective.

Third-Party Products

Cleansebeaut provides recommendations for textiles, lighting, and accessories but does not directly sell these products. Returns and refunds for products purchased from third-party suppliers are subject to those suppliers' policies. We can assist in coordinating returns when appropriate, but we are not responsible for third-party return policies or processes.

Refund Processing

When refunds are approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Bank processing times may vary

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule consultations without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time.
